The home of the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles will change names, all in the name of charity, for their Round 22 clash against the Canterbury Bulldogs on Saturday, August 11.

April 12, 2018 – As part of the NRL’s annual Harvey Norman Women in League Round, Lottoland will be giving up their naming rights of the venue to the McGrath Foundation, with the ground becoming McGrath Foundation Stadium for the week.

Lottoland has also agreed to donate $1 for every fan coming through the gates on the day directly to McGrath Foundation, which will help fund McGrath Breast Care Nurses across Australia.

“This is something really special for us here at Lottoland,” said Lottoland Australia Marketing Director, Mr Matt Brinckley.

“Charitable work is something that is part of our fabric at Lottoland and to be able to partner with one of the hardest working and most successful charities in Australia such as the McGrath Foundation, is really exciting.

“To be in a position to work with the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles community to generate a positive impact on the charity is a wonderful outcome. I encourage all fans of Manly and the NRL to get behind this initiative by turning up to the game.

“As fans, you can all contribute to our donation simply by walking through the gates. We are proud to support another fantastic initiative of the NRL”

The Sea Eagles will wear special Women in League jerseys for this match against the Bulldogs. These jerseys will be available in the coming months for sale to Members and fans in men’s, women’s and kid’s sizes with kid’s jerseys featuring the McGrath Foundation logo across the top back position.

Lottoland and the Sea Eagles are also working together on a number of exciting events and initiatives for Members and fans throughout the week leading into the Harvey Norman Women in League Round home game at McGrath Foundation Stadium.

“This is truly a remarkable moment for our Club,” said Sea Eagles CEO – Mr Lyall Gorman.

“We have such an iconic stadium here on the Northern Beaches and to change the name to represent something as powerful and as strong as the McGrath Foundation will enable us to have a very special afternoon. We want to align our brand with extraordinary organisations such as these.

“We thank Lottoland for giving up such a prized asset as the naming rights to our stadium and it shows the true core values that they possess,” added Mr Gorman.
