Lucky Lottoland customer wins 2nd tier $2.9 million prize

While none of the estimated three jackpot winners were from Australia, one lucky Lottoland customer from Europe scooped AUD$2.9 million, boosting his winnings more than the published second tier prize by using the popular PowerPlay. He was actually just one number away from the major prize.
